Philippe Very is professor of strategic management at EDHEC Business School, France, and the author of many publications (books, academic journals, business press).
He is involved in research projects dealing with the following themes : mergers and acquisitions; corporate governance; the management of the family firm.

He is currently occupying the position of associate dean in charge of faculty development at EDHEC.
